Manali Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Manali

The fun part of your journey begins from Delhi, where you will board a comfortable Volvo bus that will take you to Manali overnight. The scenic drive has beautiful views of hills, rivers, and farmland. Stay relaxed and enjoy the cool weather while travelling. It will take you around 12 to 14 hours to reach Manali overnight. You will be refreshed in the morning and ready to explore the city.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing in Manali

On reaching Manali, check in to your hotel and relax. Start your trip by visiting the famous Hadimba Temple. This old temple is dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, who was married to Bhima in the Mahabharata. It is surrounded by tall deodar trees.

First, visit the Manu Temple. It is one of the oldest churches in the area and is dedicated to the wise man Manu. The atmosphere here is calm and there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

After that, visit the Vashisht Hot Springs, which are considered good for you. Your muscles will feel better when you cool down in the natural hot springs after a long journey. Take a stroll on the Mall Road in the evening. You can buy woollen clothes, gifts and handmade items from the area. After a delicious dinner at one of the nearby places, spend the night in Manali.

Day 3: Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass

The third day is full of excitement and natural beauty. Early in the morning, head to Solang Valley, which is a hub for many outdoor sports like skiing, paragliding and zorbing. Depending on the time of the year, you can go skiing in winter or paragliding for a thrilling view of the valley from top and bottom.

Next, visit the famous Rohtang Pass, which is about 51 km from Manali. At a height of over 13,000 feet, this pass offers spectacular views of snow-capped mountains and glaciers. If you go in winter, you can do fun things like sledging and skiing in the snow. You can take pictures there and have experiences that will last a lifetime.

In the evening we will head back to Manali. After a busy day, we will return to the hotel and enjoy a nice dinner.

Day 4: Manali to Delhi

After having breakfast, it is now time to leave the beautiful town of Manali. As per your choice, you can either take a Tempo Traveller to Delhi or use your car. While going back to Delhi, you can think about all the good things that happened in the last few days.

Enjoy the beautiful drive through the hills and valleys. Depending on your travel plans, you should reach Delhi in the evening or at night.
