Splendid Shimla Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Shimla

This trip will start early in the morning in Delhi. You will travel by car and the 7-8 hour drive through the mountains will be very beautiful. When you leave the city, you will see beautiful greenery, rivers and small towns which will make your trip fun.

When you reach Shimla, check in to your hotel and relax. You can take a stroll in the evening on Mall Road, which is one of the most popular places in Shimla. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants along the road, making it a great place for an evening stroll. You can also go to the Ridge, which is a large open area that offers spectacular views of the mountains. Head back to your hotel and spend the night there.

Day 2: Kufri and Jakhoo Temple

The next day you will go to Kufri, a small hill station just 16 km from Shimla. Winter is the best time for skiing, tobogganing and go-karting in Kufri, which is known for its thrilling activities. People also love the Himalayan Nature Park, which is in the area and gives you a chance to see wildlife and take a walk in the forest.

Spend some time in Kufri and then visit the Jakhu Temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple is located on Jakhu Hill, the highest point in Shimla and offers spectacular views of the city and the surrounding mountains. You can roam around the premises of the house and take pictures of the beautiful views.
